Use Directory to add and edit customers, contacts and reusable locations. While creating a load, type to select an existing record or add a new one; the newly saved record returns to the load form.
Create drivers, trucks and trailers separately. A driver profile can include contact and CDL information, an assigned truck, pay settings and a Cardinal Records connection reference. Trailers are optional when the operation permits dispatch without one.
Upload the rate confirmation in New load. Core extracts candidate customers, locations, references, dates, instructions and charges into editable fields. Review every value before saving; extraction never auto-saves the load.
Open a load to upload and title rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, scale tickets and other supporting files. Driver evidence remains attached to its assigned load and appears in the load activity history.
Use Expenses & fuel to upload a receipt, review extracted values, tie the entry to a load and truck, and save it to the ledger. Receipt photos can be optional or required by the workspace administrator.
After delivery and document review, issue the invoice. Preview the PDF before download or email. The customer selector uses saved billing contacts; sent messages and external transfer status remain separate from invoice creation.
Choose the driver and pay period, review eligible loads, deductions, advances and reimbursements, then approve and export the settlement. Statement and pay-period dates remain editable until approval.
Enter the Texas IFTA account settings, review jurisdiction miles and fuel, resolve missing-fuel warnings and lock the quarter only after review. Locked records preserve the filing workpaper and audit history.
Connect and map the intended company, customers, freight item and tax treatment in Settings. Prepare entries first, then push reviewed records. Use the itemized ledger to reconcile successful, pending or failed transfers without duplicating an invoice.
Owners manage members and roles in Settings. Give each person only the access needed for dispatch, billing, payroll or viewing. Drivers perform assigned work through the driver experience and do not receive an office workspace.
